Just as a computer needs an operating system to run reliably, a startup needs a defined set of rules to turn talent into focused execution. In this session, Sara will explore what a Minimum Viable Operating System looks like for a 1–10 person team. She will focus on the essential elements that clarify ownership, align priorities, and accelerate execution without adding bureaucracy.
