Speaker Bio: Esther Zeledon

Dr. Esther Zeledon spent two decades shaping policy, building partnerships, and leading global institutions, before founding Be.Act.Change. As a humanitarian diplomat, she scaled a mission budget from under $1M to over $100M, built partnerships across governments, NGOs, and the private sector, and operated at the highest levels of institutional leadership across 100 countries before making the leap herself.

She leads Be.Act.Change, a coaching and strategy firm where she has coached 5,000+ professionals and entrepreneurs, generating 7 figures in coaching revenue and helping clients mobilize millions in funding, partnerships, and growth opportunities. What she found at the center of every transition is that most people, even those with significant skills, lose opportunities because they can't articulate what they actually bring to the table.

That insight became her proprietary framework, the Forty Billion Dollar Question, which identifies each individual's unique contribution, the strategy beneath the résumé, and the pattern beneath the role.

It's also the foundation of her AI platform now in development. Dr. Esther is the award-winning author of Creating Your Limitless Life, a Tier 1 TEDx speaker (October 2026), and holds a PhD from UC Berkeley and a BA from Swarthmore College.
